This is exactly what I needed for right now.
The last movie left me feeling a bit down.
But from the first minutes of this film I knew that this is something!
Woody Allen kinda mood is always good for me.
And the sсript, actors, the music - the whole film is just a beautiful thing!
I loved Cate Blanchett before, but now I adore her!



Costume designer Suzy Benzinger had a budget of only $35, 000. The Hermès bag that Jasmine carries was worth more than the entire budget and was borrowed, as were most of the designer outfits.

Cate Blanchett and Sally Hawkins were the only members of the cast to have the complete sсript during filming.
